What is a Chewy Granola Family?

Those that are hard core "green" are called "crunchy". We make several choices that are considered pretty green, but make our choices based on what works, and what saves us money as well as the earth. Since we don't always "go green at any cost" we consider ourselves chewy, rather than crunchy granola.
